Catoctin Corner is a mixed-commercial center planned for a 6.58 acre parcel at the prominent corner of Berlin Turnpike and Main Street in the Town of Purcellville, Virginia.  Bowman Consulting provided multiple inter-related services to facilitate approval of the land use entitlements required for project development.  Such services included refinement and articulation of the proposed development program through production of conceptual layout sketches, plan-view project renderings, 3-D Sketch-Up models, and illustrative vignettes highlighting key project features.  Additionally, Bowman staff played an integral advisory role on the project team, assisting the client and their attorney with application strategy, the structure and content of application materials, and presentations to town officials at public hearings and committee meetings.
