Offices at Georgetown Park

Bowman Consulting was intially hired by Waterford Development in 2007 to evaluate the site for potential purchase. Bowman assisted in developing a concept plan for office use, and compliance with parking standards. The Bowman team was instrumental in preparing graphic illustrations; 3-d modeling and animation graphics; zoning documents; assisted in preparing graphics for Board of Architectural Review (BAR); and the solicitation of local support. Initial zoning and BAR approval was achieved for a 99 space surface and garage parking facility; and a 52,000 square foot office building.

Bowman is currently processing final civil engineering drawings for the site; processing plans for FEMA compliance, and permits for NVRPA approval.
